Center Isaiah Hartenstein and the Oklahoma City Thunder have reached an agreement on a contract that brings $75 million in new money over the next three years, according to reports. Hartenstein’s representatives, Andrew Morrison and Aaron Mintz of CAA Sports, worked with the Oklahoma City front office to finalize the terms. In addition to the $75 million in new money, the agreement includes a maximum 15% trade kicker. The contract also features a unique mutual option, a rare provision that allows both parties the opportunity to rework the agreement during its three-year duration.
The 26-year-old center joins Oklahoma City after a breakout season where he established himself as an elite rebounder and rim protector.
