The Chicago Bears are signing free-agent wide receiver Scotty Miller, according to a report from @AdamSchefter. The news of the signing was confirmed by Miller's agents, Drew Rosenhaus and Robert Bailey.
Miller, 26, brings veteran experience and deep-threat speed to the Bears roster. He spent the 2023 season with the Atlanta Falcons, catching 11 passes for 161 yards and two touchdowns across 17 games. Before his time in Atlanta, Miller was a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for four seasons, where he played a notable role in the team's 2020 postseason run and Super Bowl LV victory.
The addition of Miller further bolsters a Chicago receiving corps that has undergone significant changes this offseason. He joins a depth chart headlined by DJ Moore, the recently acquired Keenan Allen, and 2024 first-round draft pick Rome Odunze.
