The Cleveland Browns have traded up to the No. 58 overall selection in the NFL Draft in a deal with the San Francisco 49ers, according to @AdamSchefter.
As part of the trade, the Browns receive pick No. 58 and pick No. 152 from the 49ers. In exchange, San Francisco receives the No. 70 and No. 107 overall selections from Cleveland.
The move allows the Cleveland Browns to jump 12 spots in the second round to secure a specific target on their draft board. For the San Francisco 49ers, the transaction provides additional draft capital in the third and fourth rounds respectively.
