The Cleveland Browns have officially finalized their coaching staff for the upcoming season, naming Ken Dorsey as the team's new offensive coordinator, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The announcement confirms the primary leadership structure under head coach Kevin Stefanski. Along with the hiring of Dorsey, the team confirmed that Jim Schwartz will remain the defensive coordinator and Bubba Ventrone will continue as the special teams coordinator and assistant head coach.
Per the report from @RapSheet, the Browns have also filled several key position coach roles. The new additions include Tommy Rees as tight ends coach and pass game specialist, Duce Staley as running backs coach, and Jacques Cesaire as defensive line coach. Furthermore, Andy Dickerson has been named the offensive line coach, with Roy Istvan serving as his assistant.
The official naming of these coordinators and assistants comes as the organization shifts its focus toward free agency and the NFL Draft. The staff additions are intended to support Stefanski following a series of changes to the offensive side of the ball earlier this winter.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
