Grigson has also held various scouting and personnel roles with the Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks during his long career in professional football.
The promotion of Chris Cooper marks a significant step up within the Browns administrative hierarchy. Cooper has been a key figure in Cleveland's football operations, previously serving as the Vice President of Football Administration. In his new capacity as Senior Vice President, he will continue to oversee critical aspects of the team’s salary cap management and contract negotiations.
