The Arizona Cardinals are hiring Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur as their next head coach, according to Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. The move officially fills the 10th and final head coaching vacancy of the 2026 NFL cycle.

LaFleur, 38, has spent the last three seasons as the offensive coordinator for the Rams under Sean McVay. He is widely regarded as one of the league's most promising young offensive minds, having previously served as the offensive coordinator for the New York Jets and passing game coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers. He is the younger brother of Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur, making them the second active pair of brothers leading NFL franchises.

The hire concludes a whirlwind coaching carousel that saw nearly a third of the league change leadership this offseason. Arizona was the final team to secure a new head coach after the Las Vegas Raiders reportedly reached an agreement with Klint Kubiak earlier on Sunday. LaFleur replaces Jonathan Gannon, who was dismissed following a three-win campaign in 2025.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
