Mahaffey joins the Eagles following a stint with the Green Bay Packers, where he was regarded as a rising talent within the coaching ranks. His move to Philadelphia marks a significant addition to Nick Sirianni's staff as the team looks to refine its offensive identity following recent changes to the coordinator positions.
Under the direction of Mannion, Mahaffey will be tasked with overseeing the development of the tight end room and coordinating the team's rushing attack.
