The Philadelphia Eagles are hiring Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Sean Mannion as their new offensive coordinator, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Mannion, 33, joins the Eagles after a rapid ascent through the coaching ranks following a nine-year NFL playing career. Regarded as one of the league's top up-and-coming offensive minds, the former quarterback spent last season in Green Bay helping oversee the development of Jordan Love and Malik Willis. He will now lead a Philadelphia offense looking to rebound after a stagnant 2025 campaign.
The hiring concludes a lengthy search for head coach Nick Sirianni, who also interviewed Jim Bob Cooter and Frank Smith for the vacancy. Mannion replaces Kevin Patullo, who was dismissed earlier this month. The Eagles have also reportedly added former Buccaneers coordinator Josh Grizzard to the staff as pass game coordinator to work alongside Mannion.
