The NFL has officially announced its international schedule for the 2026 season, featuring a record-breaking nine games across seven countries and four continents, per @RapSheet.

The 2026 slate is headlined by the league's first-ever contest in Australia, where the San Francisco 49ers will face the Los Angeles Rams at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Thursday, Sept. 10. The international tour will also make stops in Rio de Janeiro, Paris, Madrid, London, Munich, and Mexico City, marking the most ambitious global expansion in league history.

In addition to the international games, the league confirmed several marquee Week 1 matchups ahead of the full schedule release. The New York Giants are set to host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football on Sept. 13, while the Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Denver Broncos for the Monday Night Football opener on Sept. 14.

The full 272-game 2026 NFL schedule is expected to be released in its entirety on Thursday, May 14 at 8 p.m. ET.
