The NFL has officially announced its 2026 Christmas Day schedule, featuring a tripleheader of games on Friday, Dec. 25, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The slate is highlighted by three playoff rematches from the previous season, continuing the league's tradition of holiday football on a Friday.
The action kicks off at 1 p.m. ET with the Green Bay Packers traveling to face the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. This classic NFC North rivalry will be broadcast exclusively on Netflix. Following that, the Buffalo Bills will take on the Denver Broncos at Mile High Stadium at 4:30 p.m. ET, also airing on Netflix as part of the streaming giant's ongoing partnership with the league.
The holiday tripleheader concludes in primetime as the Los Angeles Rams visit the Seattle Seahawks at 8:15 p.m. ET on Fox. This matchup marks the first time in franchise history that the Seahawks will host a game on Christmas Day. The schedule release comes as part of the NFL's broader 2026 season announcement, which saw the full 18-week schedule drop on Thursday evening.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
