In the immediate aftermath of the NFL Draft, several teams have moved quickly to bolster their rosters by reaching agreements with high-priority undrafted free agents. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, Cleveland Browns, and Philadelphia Eagles have each added defensive and offensive depth through rookie free agent signings.

The Houston Texans have agreed to terms with Stanford cornerback Collin Wright. Wright joins a Texans secondary looking to add competition during the upcoming offseason program. Meanwhile, the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs are adding Miami linebacker Wesley Bissainthe to their defensive unit as they look to integrate young talent into their linebacker corps.

In the AFC North, the Cleveland Browns have secured a commitment from University of Florida edge rusher Tyreak Sapp. Sapp brings significant SEC experience to the Browns' defensive front. Additionally, the Philadelphia Eagles have added to their offensive options by signing Ole Miss tight end Dae鈥橯uan Wright.

These signings represent the first wave of post-draft acquisitions as franchises look to fill out their 90-man rosters ahead of rookie minicamps and organized team activities (OTAs). These players will now have the opportunity to compete for roster spots and practice squad positions throughout the summer training period.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
