The Carolina Panthers have officially placed exclusive rights free agent (ERFA) tenders on wide receivers Jalen Coker and Brycen Tremayne, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The transaction ensures that both receivers will remain under team control for the 2025 season.
An exclusive rights free agent is a player with fewer than three accrued seasons whose contract has expired. If the team offers a one-year tender at the league minimum salary, the player cannot negotiate with other teams. By tendering Jalen Coker and Brycen Tremayne, the Panthers have secured their services as the team begins its offseason roster adjustments.
Jalen Coker originally joined the Panthers as an undrafted free agent out of Holy Cross and saw significant action during the 2024 season. Brycen Tremayne, who has spent time on the active roster and practice squad, also returns to provide depth to the receiving corps. Both players were eligible for the tender based on their service time in the league.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
