The progression to a second interview indicates that Kubiak has emerged as a finalist in the Raiders' search for a new leader. Kubiak currently serves as the offensive play-caller for the Seahawks and has previously held significant coaching roles across the league, including a stint as the passing game coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers and offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings.
The Raiders are conducting an extensive search to fill their head coaching vacancy following the conclusion of their season.
