The Baltimore Ravens have placed defensive tackle Justin Madubuike on injured reserve, according to a report from @AdamSchefter. The move sidelines the league's most productive interior pass rusher over the last two seasons.
From the start of the 2023 season until his placement on injured reserve, Madubuike recorded 21.5 sacks, the most among all NFL defensive tackles during that span. His dominance on the defensive line has been a key factor for the Ravens' front seven.
In addition to his sack total, Madubuike has compiled 69 career quarterback hits. This mark represents the highest total by any Baltimore player since 2020, highlighting his consistent ability to disrupt opposing offenses from the interior. The transaction was officially processed on Sept. 27.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
