The Minnesota Vikings are officially signing offensive lineman Ryan Van Demark after the Buffalo Bills opted not to match a restricted free agent offer sheet, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

Per "The Insiders," the deal is a one-year contract valued at $4.2 million. The agreement is fully guaranteed, providing Van Demark with significant security as he transitions to the NFC North. The Buffalo Bills had the right to match any offer presented to the restricted free agent but ultimately decided to let the tackle walk away to a conference rival.

The agreement was negotiated by agents David Canter, Ness Mugrabi, and Brian McIntyre of Aura Sports Group. Van Demark originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of UConn and spent the 2023 season on the Bills' active roster. He will now join a Minnesota Vikings offensive front looking to solidify its depth and protection units ahead of the upcoming season.
