Patrick Graham joins the Steelers coaching staff after most recently serving as the defensive coordinator for the Las Vegas Raiders. A veteran of the coaching ranks, Graham brings significant experience to Mike Tomlin's staff, having previously held defensive coordinator positions with the New York Giants (2020–2021) and the Miami Dolphins (2019).
Known for his multiple defensive fronts and tactical versatility, Graham has spent over a decade in the NFL, including a successful stint with the New England Patriots where he contributed to a Super Bowl championship. His arrival in Pittsburgh is expected to provide a veteran presence to a defensive unit that features perennial Pro Bowlers like T.J. Watt and Minkah Fitzpatrick.
The move marks a major addition to the Steelers sideline as they look to build upon their defensive identity. Contract details and further staff adjustments have not yet been announced by the organization.
