The Tennessee Titans and No. 4 overall draft pick Carnell Tate have officially reached an agreement on a four-year rookie contract, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The deal is worth a total of $51,134,914 and is fully guaranteed, marking the completion of negotiations for the team's top selection.
Per agents Drew Rosenhaus, Robert Bailey, and Oliver Chell, the contract includes a signing bonus of $33,649,028. As the fourth selection in the recent NFL Draft, Tate’s compensation follows the league's slotted rookie wage scale for first-round picks. This signing ensures that Tate will be under contract with the Titans through the 2027 season, with the organization holding a fifth-year option for the 2028 campaign.
The Titans have now secured their primary draft asset ahead of the mandatory phases of the NFL offseason schedule. Tate, a wide receiver, was selected fourth overall to join the Tennessee roster. With the contract finalized and fully guaranteed, he is eligible to participate in all upcoming team activities and training camp sessions without restriction.
