Will Grier spent time with the Dallas Cowboys and most recently served as a depth option across the league before landing back in Charlotte. Grier is set to join a quarterback room that has seen significant movement recently, currently featuring 2023 first-overall pick Bryce Young and the newly acquired Kenny Pickett.
During his first stint with the Carolina Panthers, Grier started two games during his rookie campaign.
