Veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers is officially returning to the Pittsburgh Steelers for the 2026 NFL season, per @RapSheet of NFL Network.
The 42-year-old signal-caller is expected to finalize his contract during a visit to Pittsburgh this weekend. Rodgers, a four-time NFL MVP, led the Steelers to a 10-6 record during the 2025 season and will now enter his 22nd year in the league. Last season, he threw for 3,322 yards and 24 touchdowns against just seven interceptions.
The return reunites Rodgers with head coach Mike McCarthy, his former coach in Green Bay, who took the helm in Pittsburgh following the departure of Mike Tomlin.
