The St. Louis Blues have acquired forward Thomas Bordeleau and a conditional 2026 fourth-round draft pick, according to Pierre LeBrun of TSN.
The move brings Bordeleau to the Blues organization after he previously served as a member of the San Jose Sharks. A former second-round selection in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, the 22-year-old forward has spent the early stages of his professional career transitioning between the NHL and the AHL's San Jose Barracuda.
In addition to Bordeleau, St. Louis receives a fourth-round selection in the 2026 NHL Draft. Per LeBrun, the pick is subject to specific conditions that have not yet been disclosed. The trade represents a move by the Blues to bolster their organizational depth with young, versatile talent.
Official confirmation of the full return heading back in the deal is expected to follow shortly. This transaction adds to a busy period of roster movement across the league as teams finalize their draft capital and prospect pools.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
