The Nashville Predators have yet to receive a serious trade offer for veteran center Ryan O'Reilly, according to Pierre LeBrun of TSN and The Athletic. While interest in the veteran forward remains high across the league, no formal proposal has reached a level that Nashville is currently prepared to consider.
The market for O'Reilly is being heavily influenced by the recent trade of Nicolas Roy. Per LeBrun, the asking price for a team looking to acquire O'Reilly is expected to be at least a first-round draft pick and a top-tier prospect, if not more. This steep valuation has seemingly slowed negotiations as the trade deadline nears.
