This update is a brief. We are expanding coverage with additional context and analysis as more details become available.

The Baltimore Ravens are hiring Arizona Cardinals quarterbacks coach Israel Woolfork to the same position, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Woolfork joins a revamped coaching staff in Baltimore under new head coach Jesse Minter, who took over following the dismissal of John Harbaugh earlier this year. He replaces Tee Martin, who was not retained following the conclusion of the 2025 season. Woolfork has spent the last three seasons in Arizona, where he earned significant praise for his development of Kyler Murray and his work navigating the team's quarterback room during Murray’s injury recovery.

This hire is considered a critical move for the Ravens, as Woolfork will work directly with star signal-caller Lamar Jackson. The Ravens have been aggressive in filling out their staff this week, previously announcing the hires of Anthony Weaver as defensive coordinator and Declan Doyle as offensive coordinator. Woolfork was a highly sought-after candidate this offseason, having interviewed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator vacancy and being blocked from several other openings before landing the role in Baltimore, per @AdamSchefter.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
