The Buffalo Bills have agreed to trade four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans in a blockbuster move that reshapes the AFC landscape, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

In the deal, the Texans will receive Diggs along with a 2024 sixth-round pick and a 2025 fifth-round pick. In exchange, the Bills will receive a 2025 second-round selection that originally belonged to the Minnesota Vikings. The trade marks the end of a highly productive four-year tenure for Diggs in Buffalo, where he emerged as one of the league's most consistent offensive threats.

Since joining the Bills in 2020, Diggs has recorded four consecutive seasons with at least 100 receptions and 1,000 receiving yards. Last season, he finished with 107 catches for 1,183 yards and eight touchdowns. He now joins a surging Houston offense led by reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year C.J. Stroud, adding a veteran presence to a receiving corps that already features Nico Collins and Tank Dell.

For the Bills, the move results in a significant dead-cap hit of over $31 million for the 2024 season. The departure of Diggs leaves Buffalo with a major void at the top of their wide receiver depth chart as they look to retool around star quarterback Josh Allen. Per Schefter, the deal is expected to be finalized pending a physical.
