The Cleveland Browns have officially locked in their top draft pick, as first-round wide receiver KC Concepcion has signed his four-year rookie contract, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The deal is reportedly worth approximately $20 million and is fully guaranteed, a standard feature for high first-round selections in the current NFL collective bargaining agreement. The negotiations were finalized by agents Cleo Floyd, Jeff Griffin, and Erik Schmella of The Familie.
By finalizing this agreement, Concepcion is set to join the Browns for the duration of his rookie scale contract, which typically includes a fifth-year team option for first-round selections.
