Baltimore Ravens defensive end Calais Campbell believes his upcoming 19th NFL season will be his final one, according to Jamison Hensley of ESPN.
The veteran defender, who has put together a Hall of Fame-caliber resume over nearly two decades, shared his intentions as he prepares for the 2026 campaign. Campbell has been a dominant force on the defensive line since entering the league, earning six Pro Bowl selections and the 2019 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year award.
Per Adam Schefter, the 39-year-old Campbell is set to conclude one of the most durable careers for a defensive lineman in league history. After illustrious stints with the Arizona Cardinals, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Atlanta Falcons, Campbell joined the Baltimore Ravens to provide veteran leadership and interior pressure. His 19 seasons of service rank him among the longest-tenured defensive players to ever play the game.
