While the hiring of offensive coordinator Andrew Janocko was finalized in mid-February, today’s announcement confirms the completion of the assistant ranks under head coach Klint Kubiak. The staff is now fully set as the team continues its preparations following the start of the new league year in March.
Roster adjustments have already begun to shape the team's offensive strategy. Notably, the Raiders are moving forward without Kenny Pickett, who officially signed with the Carolina Panthers on March 31. With Pickett now in Carolina, Janocko and Kubiak are expected to focus heavily on the incoming quarterback class to find a new cornerstone for the franchise with their top pick.
