The Miami Dolphins have officially traded star wide receiver Jaylen Waddle to the Denver Broncos, per @AdamSchefter of ESPN. The blockbuster deal is now finalized and official after Waddle successfully passed his physical examination.
In exchange for the dynamic wideout, the Dolphins have acquired a significant haul of future draft capital. Miami receives a 2026 first-round pick (No. 30 overall), a 2026 third-round pick (No. 94 overall), and a 2026 fourth-round pick (No. 130 overall) from Denver. As part of the transaction, the Broncos will also receive a 2026 fourth-round selection from the Dolphins in addition to Waddle.
The move marks a massive shift for both AFC franchises. Waddle, a former top-ten pick, has been a cornerstone of the Dolphins' high-powered offense. He now heads to Denver to serve as a primary target in the Broncos' passing game. The trade has been processed by the league office now that all physical requirements have been met by the involved players.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
